Ron Sachs Communications announced its acquisition of What’s Next Marketing, a full-service social/digital media/marketing practice, to enhance the Sachs firm’s national reach.
Among its many accolades, the Ad Club of Boston named What’s Next Marketing as Emerging Interactive Business at the 2011 South by Southwest Festival. What’s Next Marketing was also a finalist for Forbes’ “Most Promising Companies” list. The Sachs firm will blend its existing SachsDigital division with What’s Next, to reach enhance client digital strategies.
The Sachs firm acquisition includes all of What’s Next Marketing’s key staff, clients and resources. Ron Sachs, president and CEO of Ron Sachs Communications, explains the company’s acquisition decision:

Cohn will head the Sachs digital media division. Brian O’Toole, the digital operation’s creative director, with expertise in brand strategy, web development and design, creative campaign ideation and digital advertising will also join the Sachs team.
