Good things happen to those who deserve it, and today, we are very proud to congratulate our friends from Calysto Communications for a recent accolade: they ranked second in Atlanta Business Chronicle’s listing of Atlanta’s Largest Public Relations Firms. Calysto Communications moved up from a rank of fourth in 2008 and a rank of 46 when the company first launched in 1999. The ranking is based on a public relations firm’s staff, revenue and anticipated income.
“Since its founding more than a decade ago, Calysto Communications has continued its steady growth by delivering unmatched expertise to our clients in three key industries: broadcasting, mobile and telecommunications,” said Laura Borgstede, founder and CEO of Calysto Communications. “In the last few years, we’ve begun offering an even more comprehensive service portfolio to our clients by launching a social media practice and by establishing a local team member in more than 80 countries worldwide. These are just a few examples of how Calysto Communications is constantly adapting to meet our clients’ evolving needs.”
On a personal note, what we admire most about Calysto Communications, is this company’s ability to keep on dreaming, in a world dominated by financial constraints. Even the company’s name suggests the continuation of a dream, denoting a company that has a heart, rather than a cold, corporate type. That heart is the very lady quoted above, Laura Borgstede, who still sees life in pink, despite all the corporate lingo in italics. Congratulations, Calysto Communications! Keep it up, and when you are number one, remember your roots!
